Inserted WM video files in PPt ... how to distribute WM player on

I have some windows media video files inserted into my PPt 2003 presentation
that I am distrubuting on CD-ROM. In case a recipient does not have the
Windows Media player on their system, I'd like to provide the installation of
WM player 9 from the CD-- not from the Internet (in case they have no
connection).

Is this possible? If so, where do I go to get the license? What license
am I looking for? Where do I get the installation file(s)? And how do I set
up the installation so that all the user needs to do is make one click?
