Inserting a gif into the body of an email.

Win7 SP1 Outlook10

I need to insert (not attach) a GIF file that will
start up as soon as the recipient opens his mail.

Many emails I receive do this, but I can't figure
it out.

I can insert jpgs OK, but not gifs.

Help, Peter
