Inserting a Landscape Word document into a Portrait Word Doc

Office 2003
I have an Engineering Drawing Border (Landscape) created in Word as a
template. I insert drawings (Graphics Type) into that Border using "Insert
Picture" from another Cad type Software. Then a Secretary needs to insert
that resulting file into a Portrait "Procedures Document." Presently, we can
get the file to "insert"...but it splits over a couple of pages, and part of
the Border falls off to the right.
Please help!

Insert a section break in the Portrait document just before the point you
want to insert the Landscape document. This will capture the Portrait page
format for the section above the insertion. If you have headers and footers,
you should also go into the section after the break and unlink them.

In the Landscape document, insert a section break at the end of the file.
This will capture the page layout of the landscape section-to-be.

Insert the file - it will form a separate section within the portrait
document, with correct page layout.
