I have a video that is about 121mb. Is there a way you gurus out there can
tell me how to condense that down??? When I attempt to publish it never
publishes and I am thinking its because of the size. ideas????

It could very well be due to the size. The problem is, MPG video is already
condensed through the various MPG compression algorithms. You can try a
different format, but you're probably not going to get much better. At best
I wouldn't imagine getting anything better than a 20% reduction, which is
still pretty darned big for a web file. If you want to make this as a
download you could try to Zip it with Winzip and see how it comes out,
though the compression should only be a couple percent with video.

Hope this helps,
