Inserting a section divider/back cover

I know how to insert a cover page. Is there a way to insert a simila
template in the middle or end of the document?

This would be a stock section divider for reports and a back cove

You can insert a cover page at the beginning of a document and then select,
cut and paste it into the location where you want it.
