Inserting a tick box in Word 2000

I want to put user selection criteria using tick box in microsoft word
2000. Is there any way to do it? And how? TQ!

There's a checkbox in the "Forms" toolbar you can use. The document
will need to be protected as a form for this to work though (Tools >
Protect > Forms).
