Inserting a Word Form into Powerpoint

I need to insert a Microsoft Word Form into a Powerpoint presentation and
still be able to tab through the form to enter information.

I dont know how to do this. Please help!! !

Have BOTH apps open:

While in word,..choose: edit> select all> copy
Go to PowerPoint
Choose Edit> Paste Special > (you will now get a menu of options) select the
Paste button (DO NOT choose paste link) and then select Microsoft Word
Document Object. as your choice from the options.

That's it.

You can double click the word objcet in the slide and it opens up Word to
allow for edits
