Inserting an AVI file

Could someone please instruct me how to insert an AVI
movie file after the title page of a powerpoint
presentation. I would like the movie to start
automatically and run fullscreen. After it runs, I'd
like to proceed to the next slide automatically after the
movie runs. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Don,

Insert menu
Movies
From file

When you have inserted it
drag the corner handles to make it fill the screen

Then right click it
Choose "custom animation"
Then tick "play using animation order"
tick "pause slideshow"

Tick "automatic" on the "timing" tab

Then set the "slideshow" menu "slide transition" to advance after 0 seconds

If you are using powerpoint 2002/xp then the instructions are more perhaps
more complex
