Inserting Clipart into Clip Organiser

Using the Clip Organiser 'File/Add Clips to Organiser' command I have managed
to place most of my clips into the Organiser. BUT it is ignoring all of my
downloaded clips, these have a file tag of .mpf and do not display in the
file list of files that can be added.

These are from the MS website so why won't that update to Organiser
