Every time I go to Insert/Picture/Clip Art the pc locks
up. Two months ago it just started out as loading slow,
now it's to the point where it never loads, it just locks
up. I've just upgraded to Office 2003 and it's still
doing it. This happens in Word and Publisher. I haven't
tried Excel or any other office application by Microsoft.
