Inserting Components

On my development PC I have a VBA menu option (shortcut Ctrl + T) to insert
components onto a User Form, and I've used it for the MSCal.OCX calendar
control, which works fine on my PC
I'm running Excel 2000 on Win XP home

At a customer running Excel 2003 this option is not available.
It's not that its just disabled, it just isn't there at all
Anyone know why & how I rectify this ?
