Inserting Date in a Header or Footer

Hi,

We'd like to change the format of the date field that you
insert in a header or footer by clicking "Insert Date" on
the header/footer toolbar.

I know how to insert a field and set its options, but what
I want to do is change the default display of the date
that gets inserted in my header or footer when I click
that option on the header/footer toolbar.

The DATE field that is inserted by that button or with the Alt+Shift+D
shortcut is the one you have selected as the default in the Insert | Date
and Time dialog.
