Inserting files to a protected form.

I have made a Form Template, which will also be protected when sent out. Is
there a way that a file can be attached / inserted to the form by the end
user.

Can you tell us more about which application you are using and provide some
additional details? For example, how is it being sent out? What application
are you using to send it out?

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.

Apologies for the lack of info.
I am using Word 2003. The form will be sent out initially via e-mail, and
then stored on either personal drives or a server.

If the form you are creating is a Word 2003 document then it's really not
the best tool for what you want to accomplish.

You can insert a Continuous Section Break in the document, say at the bottom
so the file can be attached, and then when you protect the document, specify
that section not be included in the protection. Then the end user can use
Insert/Object, use the Create From File option and they can using the
"Display as Icon" option.

I'm still not sure if something like this is what you are looking for....
