inserting hover buttons

I'm trying to insert hover buttons on our links, but I
can't figure out how to do it. I have the instructions
for Publisher 2000, but I'm using Publisher 2002. Can
anyone give me any ideas?

Whatever the "instructions" are they would be the same for the 2002 version.

I must humbly apologize. The section that I found the
hover buttons in was for Frontpage, not Publisher. The
two sections are right next to each other, so I didn't
notice that I had changed sections. SORRY!!!!
