Inserting Logo into Signtaure in Entourage

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

I have recently installed Mac 2008 office and am having trouble inserting a logo into my signature panel. It worked fine previously but is not working in 2008.

The logo is blurry and not clear.

The logo is created in Adobe Illustrator C3.

Any ideas on what is going on.

What file format is the picture in? How exactly do you proceed when it comes
to inserting the picture?
