inserting meta tags in a web

I've put together quite a large web site in Front Page
2002 (hundred + pages) but have just realised I've
forgotten to include keywords and descriptions!

Is there a way to insert the same set of keywords and
description into every page in a web in one go (or do I
have to change every page individually!!)

Any advice would be appreciated.
