I have a subcontractor that deliveres 5 mpp files that we link into other
schedules and insert into a master project. We are about to move to server.
The subcontractor can't gain access to the server. I've tried the "save for
sharing" feature and it doesn't work. (as soon as you open the master project
it breaks the sharing lock).
Could I leave the subcontractor schedules as MPP files on the desktop and
link into Project server. It seems to work but I didn't know if there was
any long term issues with this?
