How do I insert my information into the downloaded Avery return address labels

You've downloaded a label template, I take it. And do you want to type in
individual addresses? Create sheets of the same address? Insert a set of
addresses in, say, Excel or Outlook into the labels?

Can you describe your situation in a bit more detail, please? Including the
version of Word involved.
