If the question you are asking is: How do you place the page # in the footer?
- Following is a way to do it. Click on view on the menu bar, then click on
Header & Footer. Header and footer are in view. Place cursor in footer
wherever you want to place page #, then click on "Inset Auto Text" and click
on "Page X of Y". Page #('s) will be inserted. If necessary you can
reposition them with left, center, right or justfied from the menu bar. Hope

If you want just a simple page number, just click on the Insert Page Number
button on the Header and Footer toolbar.
