Inserting Objects into Outgoing Message

Hi

Using Outlook Express and I am designing a direct mail drop. I am creating
a new email and want to insert a file which I have made up. Tried inserting
it as a html, but when I insert it, it just comes up as a small white box and
a red X in it.
