Inserting Photos using mail merge...

We have a project where variable data is used, the client
now wants us to insert the photo of the person (rep) on
variable data cards. Our tif files are kept in a seperate
directory. We are using excel spreadsheets to pull the
text data and would like to tie the photo into the
spreadsheet to pull from. Is this possible and can
someone send me instructions.
