Inserting Photo's

Click View > Master > Slide Master.
Then insert your picture into the slide master. Close Master View.

Alternately,
using the footer placeholder in the slide master,
right click on the footer placeholder,
select Format Placeholder.
Under Colors and Lines tab, click on the Color dropdown.
Select Fill Effects.
Click Picture tab and search for the picture you want to add.
OK your way out.
Resize accordingly, then close master view.

Is there anyway to place this on a master slide and have all slides after
this have the photo appear? Thanks

Take not that if you have done the steps in the Title Master instead of the
Slide Master, the picture will appear only on the title slide and not the
rest of the slides.
