inserting picture from website error message when word is edditor

I have xp office prof, when outlook is checked on "use words 2003" in the
email format I can not copy paste the pictures from my website
it works only when it is UNCHECKED.
it was working fine until 2-3 days ago, I did checked all the options etc in
word or outlook could not find anything, can you help please
the error message I get is: unable to open the website name,
exec/serach.cgi?veiw etc can not locate the internet server or proxy server,
