Inserting Pictures on envelope

How do I insert a picture (company logo -- gif or jpg file) on an envelope.
The picture prints as a left justifed sheet in the printer, the rest of the
envelope prints right justified -- ie the picture prints above the envelope
(which I can only see only if I print on 8.5 x 11 paper rather than envelope)

Also, I can't select the picture and any other structure together (txt box,
graphic, etc).
