Inserting rows

Is there a function key or keyboard shortcut to insert
rows so you don't have to use Insert/Row each time?

Ctrl+Shift+ + (plus sign)
That brings up the dialog box. You could also create a macro that would
record Insert, Row and assign your own keyboard shortcut

If you select the entire row first then Ctrl + Shift + +(plus sign) will
insert the row without the dialog box.
