Inserting Section Breaks during Find/Replace

Steve

I have a macro that searches through a document and replaces the contents of the clipboard for every instance. Inside the clipboard is a SectionBreakContinuous. The problem I have encountered is that as each instance is replaced, the previous Section Break changes from Continuous to Next Page. After running, the last Section Break is the only one that is Continuous. Has anyone every seen this before?

Have you tried searching and replacing from the end of the document to the beginning?

It did the same thing. The first instance (last in the document) was inserted as a continuous break. Every other instance was inserted as a next page break. When I do the replace manually, it does the same thing too. Is there a setting somewhere that is affecting this?

Try File/Page Setup/Layout/"New section"
