Inserting Slides From Files Macro needed

I can't seem to figure out how to do this...HELP!!!

I have a number of Powerpoint files that have a photo and a text box i
the slide master. I want a macro to insert the first slide of each fil
into a new file, including the photo that is in the slide master.

If you do this manually, you can specify "keep source formatting", bu
how can I do that within a macro?
