inserting text in a box, from a file on the web

I have a copyright notice that will be on every page, but need to find a
quick way to insert it, I have a text box at the bottom of the pages, but
need to this file inserted there, how is this possible.

if not a text box, how else can it be done.

the copyright file is on the same website,

Either w/ an Include Page (on all pages - pointing to the file w/ you notice) or bottom shared border
