Inserting video into powerpoint programs

Phil

I have been trying to insert wma or avi vidoes into a powerpoint
presentation. I can insert them while building the ppt but when I email it
or try to open the ppt at a later time, the videos do not run. Does anyone
have any tricks that might alieve this problem?

Phil,

Create a new folder.
Place the PPT and all of your video files in the folder.
Reinsert each video into your PPT presentation.
Compress (Zip) the folder.
Now you can attach the zipped folder to an email and send it if the file
size is not too large.

When editing and saving the PPT in the future, it must always be save into
the folder that contains the video. Sending the PPT without the videos (i.e.,
not emailing the entire folder) will result in the links breaking.
