Inserting Windows Metafiles from corel draw

I cannot seem to insert a letterhead made from corel draw into microsoft
word, no matter what format i use. I have tried importing wmf, rtf, and doc-
they all come up in jibberish. I have also treid opening these files into
word and they won't work either. Can anyone help me?

Are you using Insert=>Picture=>From File?

What version of Word, what version of Corel Draw?

What format are you saving it as from Corel Draw
using what steps?
