Inserting word doc as OLE

i tried changing the field type to ole and then inserting the document that i
wanted. I get the error that access has problems communication with ole
server or active X; it suggest to close and restart the ole server. how do
you do that?

I figured it out. Norton Antivirus was causing the problem.
