Inserting worksheet in Excel

In the middle of my excel workbook, I am trying to insert a sheet; it won't
allow me to do an Edit, insert worksheet. I am using Microsoft Office Exel
version 3.0.

You should be able to right click on one of the sheet tabs and choose insert.
