Bought a Bell inspiron 6400 about a year ago. Trying now to operate it. This
happens:
1 Computer on
2. Dell screen come up
3. My name and guest appear
4.. Pushing on my name
5.. Welcome appears
6. Then a blank blue screen and nothing!
Anybody will help the novice I am?
