Install Audit Trail?

Hi - I am trying to determine who/when an office installation was upgrade. I
have logs for the original install of Office 2000 in 2004, but the current
version is Office XP. There do not appear to be any logs for me to reference.

Anybody have any ideas where I may find an upgrade log or something?

If a user upgraded / installed on his workstation, then they can also delete
the logs.
But then perhaps this was a network roll out?
