Problems with office 2016 installation.

I'm having a problem with office 2016 installation. Se attacched file.
I had a breack down and had to reinstall office several times.
The problem consists in the activation process that continues to appear (The yellow box) informing me that office must be activated. The fact is that the same process informs me that office is activated and in fact when I check, everything is in order, and the product key is the same that I used to activate office the first time.
Is there anybody who can help me to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.
