Install Directory in Package & Deployment

OK I am reaching Critical Mass. I know there is a command
that you can use in the Setup.lst file that the Package &
Deployment creates to disable the ability to change the
Install directory. I had the answer from this Newsgroup
and I lost it. If any one remembers the command I would
appreciate it.
