Install error cdannot copy file MSGR3EN.LEX

install error
Office XP install on WinXP
Cannot copy file MSGR3EN.LEX
tried same cd in another machine , works ok
swapped CD drive for another, same error
I gather this file has to do wiithe the proofing tools.
Anyone/
