Install error MT561403.CAB

I just purchased a new laptop (Dell Inspiron 1525) with Vista Home Premium.
I am trying to install Office 2003 and the installation stops and asks me to
locate "MT561403.CAB", which apparently is not on the installation CD. I
found this file on my other PC, copied the file to a USB drive and although I
could navigate to the file, the installation still said "File not found,
please locate ...."

Any suggestions are appreciated.
