Install Error

I am getting an error when trying to install Project Server 2007.
After running setup.exe, I put in the key and accept the agreement. It
gets about 1/2 way through the progress bar, then stops. The error
just says "microsoft office project server 2007 encountered an error
during setup". I don't see anything in the event viewer, nor can I
find any log files. Any ideas?

I can't recall the directory, but do a search for the file setup.log

Check that you have the correct software for your server (32/64 bit).
Check your OS and server meets the minimum recommended specs.
Check the install account has local admin rights and that NTFS permissions
have not been denied on any system directory

Maybe your install account only needs access to the internet
