Install issue

I set up Access 2003 on my PC as an adminstrator. When I login as user, not
power user, access won't not run. Access opens up but keeps popping up
window saying "Installing Microsoft Office Access feature", that window may
close up and then it pops up again. Does anyone know what the problem is ?
Searching KB comes up nothing that helps.

Everytime you log in as a different user for the first time Office needs
to set itself up (it puts a bunch of stuff in your user's folders).

eg. Outlook sets up a new address book etc.

If it keeps happening then there is a problem. Try a repair install of
Office.
