Install multi Versions (Russian and English) on same Machine

I have got two MS Office 2007 versions. One in Russian and one in English. I
would like to have the English User-Interface but the proofing tools that
come with the Russian version (i.e. Russian, Ukrainian and German).
When I tried to install the Russian version on the computer where I already
have installed the English version, it is not possible to install the
proofing tools from the Russian office CD (they are just not shown during the
setup) and If I install the Russian version I can not switch the UI back to
English.
Any Help (without paying another xxx US$ for the mulit-language pack) would
be appreciated.
