when my system auto installed KB923097 (office 2003) update then rebooted it
crashed the OS. when it reboots the scrolling marquee for XP starts for a few
seconds, blue screens for about 1 second and reboots. then continues to
reboot with the same process. I cannot use safe mode because it does the same
thing. also last known good config does not work either. I have to re-image
the machine.
