I currently have Office 2K installed on my system. I just purchased a full
copy of office 2003 Enterprise Edition. Should I remove 2k before
installing 2003.

You don't have to since the Office 2003 setup routine will detect the
previous version and remove it. However, I tend to find less oddities by
uninstalling the previous version, reboot, and then install the new.
