I recently purchased Office XP Standard. When I go to
install it, it requests the Product #. I have the
product number on the back of the case, but it does not
recognize it. I have repeatedly attempted to use it
thinking I had a typo. But no success. Do you know what
I may be doing wrong or can you offer me direction for
help. I attempted to take the product back, but they
suggested it was probably not the software, but the
install process and that I might be better of getting
online help.
