install office 2000 instead of converting office 2003 trial?

Are there any problems with installing office 2000 instead of buying office
2003 before the trial period is up? Should I remove office 2003 first? I
would prefer to install the 2000 version before removing the 2003.

You would need to uninstall the trial version of Office 2003
before installing the old Office 2000.
