install office 2002 on new computer

my last computer died and I am buying a new one. How can I transfer my 2002
products to the new computer. do or can I unregister the products form
microsoft?

Assuming you have a "retail" and not an "OEM" version
of Microsoft Office, use your Microsoft Office CD to install
the Office programs on your new computer, then activate
when requested to do so.
