In order to install OFF97 and OFFXP on the same
computer,you must install OFF97 first and then install
OFFXP into a different folder.

Hi Neeklop,
Are you logged in as the Administrator/Owner or
have admin privileges? You didn't mention what
error you're getting with Office 97 but it runs
fine on Windows XP.
