Install OH & S 07 with 03 Trial Installed (XP)

Expired 2003 Office Trial on laptop with XP oper. sys. I want to install my
2nd home license of OH & S 2007 (full version, not an upgrade). What steps
should I take and in what order? Thanks.

Uninstall the Trial & any Activation Assistant, reboot, run MSUpdate for
critical updates, then install 2007
