Install Problem: Vista / Office 2003 PE

Hi there,

I recently installed Windows Vista Business and just tried to install Office
2003 Professional Edition but it says it cannot find or access mapisvc.inf.

I found the file, but I can't seem to change its properties to allow it to
be modified, etc. When I click edit, the check boxes seem to be greyed out
(opaque).

P.S. I ran setup.exe as Administrator.

Please help!
