Install problem with Office 2000

I had a system crash. Had to re-format my c-drive.
I am trying to re-install all of my programs, eveything so
far has gone OK. However when I attempt to re-install
Office 2k Pro I get the following message:
You must reboot your computer in order for the installer
to continue this installation. Please reboot & run setup
again.

I do this and I simply get the same message over again.

Not sure what to do at this time, any help gladly
appreciated.

Not sure what happened, but this morning, I again tried to
install Office 2K and eveything went just fine.

SO thanks anyway.
